Product 1: Cottage products (agarbattis, fire crackers, matchsticks, candles, straw, baskets, mud toys, woolen shawls, wooden toys, hand-made show-pieces, khadi clothes, embroidering) Cottage industry is basically a small-scale industry of home-made products. Generally, these products are consumables and are being manufactured using traditional techniques. In the atmosphere of unemployment, low literacy rates, poverty, etc. people have no other choice but to go for a small sale industry to survive for livings.
Product 2: Carpets
Bahodi district is India’s biggest carpet manufacturing center, also known as the “Carpet City” of India. There are social problems like healthcare, lack of schooling, poverty.

Kutch region for Gujarat, India is very well known for its vibrant handicrafts around the world. They are working hard to revive 2000 women working there around 112 villages. In Kutch social needs to be addressed are women empowerment, lack for infrastructure, lack of water supply.
